Walking along Seaton Trail on a crisp winter afternoon, the low sun broke through the stand of slender trunks, casting long, dramatic blue shadows right across the snowbank. The warm glow filtering through the trees lit up the fresh snowfall into brilliant patches of gold, contrasting with the cool, quiet woods behind. I painted this with bold, textured strokes to capture that clear, crisp moment when the afternoon light transforms a silent forest path into a balance of deep shade and radiant warmth.
